A federal judge has found probable cause to hold the Trump administration in criminal contempt over deportation flights to El Salvador. The White House invoked the Alien Enemies Act to deport alleged members of a Venezuelan gang, but the judge found that the plaintiffs were not gang members and were being sent to prison without due process.
