After not complying with officers’ orders, she was shot in the shoulder and taken to the hospital. Despite not being involved in the hit-and-run, she was booked on suspicion of attempted murder. It is still unclear if she has hired a criminal defense attorney. Scott Shriner’s wife, Jillian, is a journalist and author of several books, including “Behold the Monster: Confronting America’s Most Prolific Serial Killer.”
