Georgia State Men’s Basketball, under the leadership of head coach Jonas Hayes, has announced its complete schedule for the 2024-25 season. The Panthers will kick off the season with an exciting home game against Ball State on Nov. 4 as part of the SBC-MAC Challenge, with additional key matchups against teams like Mississippi State and Kentucky in November. The team will also participate in the Jacksonville Classic Tournament in late November.
In December, Georgia State will face off against Kennesaw State, Charlotte, and Auburn, before closing out non-conference play with a game against Mercer. Conference play will begin with a road game against Troy on Dec. 21, followed by matchups against South Alabama, Louisiana, and in-state rival Georgia Southern in January.
The schedule includes a mix of home and road games against conference opponents such as Coastal Carolina, Texas State, and Arkansas State. The Panthers will host Marshall and James Madison, before finishing out the regular season with road games against Old Dominion, Coastal Carolina, and Georgia Southern.
