Medics rushed to assist Coleen Rooney on the latest episode of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! as she had two bugs crawling in her ear after the Arcade of Agony trial. She was given a syringe wash to flush the insects out, and despite the shocking incident, Rooney remained calm in her response.
The stars on the show were battling for immunity and a spot in the Cyclone Challenge. The remaining camp mates took on the challenging trial with a lot at stake, not only in terms of winning stars to feed the camp but also for a chance to secure a guaranteed place in the Cyclone Challenge, which would grant immunity from the next two vote-offs.
Earlier in the episode, radio DJ Melvin Odoom became the fourth contestant to be voted off I’m A Celebrity, following Tulisa Contostavlos, Dean McCullough, and Jane Moore.
During the trial, celebrities such as Barry McGuigan, Oti Mabuse, Maura Higgins, and Alan Halsall raced for immunity, with Coleen Rooney hoping her love for arcade games would give her an advantage. Despite the bugs in her ear, Rooney remained determined to compete.
The episode also included lighthearted moments, such as Ant and Dec showing support for Newcastle United and discussions about experiencing a day in the life of a royal. Overall, the competition for immunity and the entertaining interactions between the camp mates made for an exciting and eventful episode of the popular reality show.
