NCCU Men’s Basketball Set to Face Georgia State in Atlanta

Atlanta, Ga. – The North Carolina Central University (NCCU) men’s basketball team is gearing up for a road contest against the Georgia State University Panthers on Friday, November 22 at 7 p.m., hosted at the GSU Convocation Center. This matchup marks the first encounter between the two teams and will be available for live streaming on ESPN+.

Entering Week 3, NCCU holds a record of 1-5, while Georgia State stands at 2-2. The Eagles recently participated in the Rock Hill Classic, where they faced three mid-major teams, ending the tournament with a 1-2 record. The team’s leading scorer, Toneari Lane, averages 16.5 points per game, while they show strength in rebounding, currently ranking 11th in offensive rebounds per game nationally.
