“Dancing with the Stars” has seen its fair share of celebrities take the dance floor over the years, but not all have been able to shine in the competition. In fact, some famous faces have received the lowest scores in the show’s history.
One such celebrity is former “Saved by the Bell” star Elizabeth Berkley, who received a score of just 17 out of 30 for her cha-cha to “I’m So Excited” in season 17. Despite her previous dance background, Berkley failed to impress the judges with her performance.
Another celebrity who found themselves at the bottom of the leaderboard was legendary astronaut Buzz Aldrin. Aldrin and his partner danced a waltz in season 10 to “What a Wonderful World,” but their performance earned them a score of only 14 out of 30.
Other celebrities who received low scores include Master P, who danced a paso doble to “Get Up” in season 2 and scored a 8 out of 30, and former Gov. Rick Perry, who received a score of 22 out of 30 for his cha-cha to “God Blessed Texas” in season 23.
While these celebrities may not have been able to wow the judges with their dance moves, they all brought their own unique flair to the competition. And just because they received low scores doesn’t mean they didn’t give it their all on the dance floor.
“Dancing with the Stars” continues to be a popular show for celebrities to showcase their dancing skills, with each season bringing new challenges and surprises for both the contestants and viewers. And while not everyone may be a natural dancer, the competition always promises to entertain and inspire audiences around the world.
